Dr Arvind Gupta is most irresponsible dcotor and killer and here is my story
I got my father to checked up on 14-July-17 as he was feeling sensation and less control on left side of body with Dr Arvind Gupta.
He checked and advised him to get admitted in private ward. After that his situation deteriorated in the night. But there was no senior doctor in hospital. He was shifted to ICU but no senior doctor turned up.
During the morning we called him but his phone was switched off. we were told that he is off the picnic. We said as situation is deteriorating, we want to take 2nd opinion of some outside doctor. But we were told that if we call outside doctor, they will stop treating my father.
My father situation kept on getting worse and neither Dr Arvind Gupta and nor any other senior doctor visited. All advises were given to junior staff on phone.
Finally 16th morning my father passed away. And the reason told was that it was multi organ failure.
Here are few questions:
1. Is it not doctor responsibility to visit his regular patient. We trusted him and got my father admitted to his hospital.
2. Why his phone was switched off and why he was not contactable when his patient condition was deteriorating.
3. When we asked for 2nd opinion from outside, they threatened that they will stop treating my father. Is doctor ego higher than patient life?
Please never ever trust this doctor Arvind Gupta. There are there only to make money. And they can kill the patient for money.
And stay away from Phoenix hospital as well.
